All charges dismissed in the Erie Court of Common Pleas due to lack of probable cause to stop the defendant's vehicle. Video recorded by the PSP dashcam directly contradicted the Trooper's alleged basis for the stop of the defendant's vehicle. The video covered more than four miles of driving with no observable violations. Upon review of the video and following argument at the scheduled Omnibus Pretrial Motions, all evidence was suppressed and charges Dismissed.
